Dave is the Founder and CEO of SmartResume. He is a third-generation entrepreneur and a leader with more than 20 years of experience in data networks and computing. Prior to starting SmartResume, Dave launched iDatafy LLC in December 2010 and successfully bootstrapped the company to profitability. He was also previously the founding General Manager of TARGUSinfo’s Interactive Markets Division. Following his departure from TARGUSinfo the company was sold for $650,000,000 to Neustar Inc. Ian serves as SmartResume's Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for partnerships, marketing, sales, and strategy. He is passionate about how technology can improve our lives, how people build their careers, and finding product/market fit. Ian started his career in advertising with marketplace technology companies Spot Runner and OpenX. He then joined ZipRecruiter as Vice President of Business Development where he led job board, applicant tracking system, and publisher partnerships. While at ZipRecruiter, Ian led the ideation and development of SkillSync, the company's first digital credential product. Andy is the Chief Technology Officer of SmartResume. Working closely with Chief Product Officer Keith Hackett, Andy works to ensure our hardware and software solutions are the best they can be, delivering the results our business partners need. Andy has provided consulting and database implementations for clients including Microsoft, Chevron Pipeline, Alcoa, the United States Navy, Air Force, Army Aviation and Missile Command. Keith is SmartResume’s Chief Product Officer and is responsible for the design and coding of the software that drives SmartResume. His 40+ years’ experience designing and writing computer systems for companies of all sizes as well as for state and federal agencies, including the Oklahoma House of Representatives and U.S. Department of Education, has prepared him to create the unique and robust system that SmartResume has become.
