Junior Achievement students will be able to create digitally verified SmartResumes showcasing their accomplishments and easily connect with trusted Junior Achievement employer partners through the new platform
Little Rock, AR, August 22, 2023- iDatafy announced today that it has partnered with Junior Achievement USA to both create certified SmartResumes for their students and provide a digital Talent Community where students can easily connect with trusted Junior Achievement employer partners. In addition to showcasing their Junior Achievement certified credentials, students will also be able to compile a Learning and Employment Record (LER) by importing additional third party digital credentials and adding self-attested traditional resume content to complete their SmartResume.
SmartResume is the world’s first certified resume and talent network powered by verifiable digital credentials. The platform makes it easy for job seekers to build a trusted resume and discover employers that value their abilities. Employers can set SmartResume certified talent alerts and be automatically notified when a desirable job candidate in their area is looking for employment. Thereby, upending the traditional job application process that can be slow, expensive and ineffective.
The new SmartResume Talent Community™ service allows organizations such as Junior Achievement to create their own branded talent marketplace. The benefits of this are three-fold. Job seeking students can find and connect with Junior Achievement featured employer partners more easily. Employers can hire Junior Achievement students more efficiently, and Junior Achievement will have access to data and insights about job seeker and employer utilization of their Talent Community to better serve both parties.
“SmartResume is going to play a critical role in our mission to showcase the unique achievements of our students while also making it easier than ever for our trusted employer partners to search, connect and hire the amazing young people in our program” said Holly Garner, VP New Channels, Head of Workforce.
“Junior Achievement's purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy” said Ian Davidson, Chief Growth Officer of iDatafy. “Our purpose is to showcase that preparation on a certified SmartResume and connect their students with employers that can make a difference in their lives.”
Together, iDatafy and Junior Achievement are going to reimagine how students can showcase their skills and begin careers with America’s most trusted employers.
